How you can help

1) Your generous donation will be used to first, make sure that these hard-working, deserving families have safe housing and transportation.  While our program does have administrative costs, those come second to our mission, which is families.

2) Order Your Christmas Jar for Conchetta House families!

So easy and a way to get the whole family involved in service work!  Just contact sandy@conchettahouse.org and order a Christmas Jar anytime in 2012.  We will deliver it to you at no cost ( except if we need to ship, then it is only shipping fees!).  In the months leading up to the holidays, we ask that you drop your change and small bills in the jar.  On the last week of November we will be collecting the jars and delivering them from you to a single parent family to make their Christmas bright!  You can order as many as you wish, placing them in your office, place of worship, and in your home!  sandy@conchettahouse.org

3) Get ready to dine and help a single parent family complete college!  Watch our Facebook page, and make sure we have your email because you will want to know when our Secret Cafe’s will be happening!  We will be hosting dinners at local restaurants and private homes to help single parents get the money they need to complete college!  ( and there will often be silent auction items at each dinner!)  Meet the families who are making a big difference in our community, have a wonderful meal and join us in all the wonderful surprises that those special nights in 2012 will hold!

4) Start training now for our 10K/5K treadmill event at Thrive Community Fitness in Lacey coming in May!  This will be our second year of creating health and a true sense of wellness in our community!   We will keep you posted as businesses join us in support of single parent families making good decisions and completing college!

5) In June we will be having our first graduations and will invite you to celebrate with us!  Location still to be announced, but plan on a great time with good food and laughter!  Participate in the miracle of families who once stopped believing in themselves, getting a step up on their future!  More details to be announced!
